This is a whole year ETWINNING PROJECT created in the SEPTEMBER, 2021.
Preschool children will develop their early literacy skills during free play and other activities in the outdoor, natural environments (forests, meadows, by the river, …). An outdoor classroom is a wondrous, textured, dynamic habitat for imaginative play, developing social skills, foster phonological awareness, Socio-Dramatic play, and introducing new vocabulary contextually and with hands-on experiences. A forest is an outdoor space, where a child participates in life skills, such as learning personal, social, and technical skills. They will learn about the basic vocabulary of the different languages of the participating partners.
AIMS of the project
-To stimulate the child's imagination through pretend play in nature,
- To encourage the development of vocabulary in their own and foreign languages,
- Developing general fitness and promoting a healthy and active lifestyle in the natural environment.
- The program will base on various types of fun and imitation games, elements of drama, pantomime, movement stories, gymnastic exercises, and movement games, played in the natural environment.
